The creative visionary behind Maison Common

From the very beginning, the founder of the label, Rieke Common, had the vision to create a fashion brand that combines feminine clothing with colour. After completing her fashion design studies, she first worked as a designer for Oscar de la Renta in New York. She then worked as creative director for Rena Lange. She also gained her first experience at Bernd Berger and Strenesse. Through her know-how and the experience she was able to gain in the fashion industry, she decided to start her own fashion label. This is how she created the brand Maison Common in 2014.
