These General Terms and Conditions apply in the respective currently valid version to all orders placed in our online store at Purchase contracts in our online store are concluded with GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "" or "we").

Our online store is exclusively designated for customers who are 18 years or older.



At you can shop as a REGISTERED customer.

The registration process is very simple. We will only ask you for basic information necessary for the order process. In the registration form, all areas marked with (*) are mandatory information. As a registered customer, you can access the information about your order at any time in your account.


The presentation of the products in our Online Store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can place our products in the shopping cart without any legal obligation to buy the product. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order through the editing functions provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. We will immediately, after the submission of the order, send a confirmation of receipt to you via e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute an acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that we have received the order.


You can save your favourite articles in your Wishlist to easily have them at hand.

The Wishlist is very easy to use: Each time you click on the heart icon, you add this item to your Wishlist. You can save the item to a new or existing list. Using the edit option, you can delete items from a list at any time or share public lists with others via a link. To complete the purchase, click on the product, add it to the shopping cart and continue with the usual steps.

Please keep in mind, that you can only use the Wishlist if you are a registered and logged-in customer. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the availability of a product on your Wishlist.


In the shopping cart, you can see the content and change or delete items. You can also mark items that you want to buy later.

Please note that an item in the shopping cart is not reserved and therefore the availability cannot be guaranteed. If one of the items is no longer available, you will see this in the shopping cart.

You can place a binding order for the selected items at any time by clicking on the „Order and Pay“ button. Your submitted offer is valid for a period of two (2) weeks after placing the order. By placing your order, you agree in any case to the respective General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order.


After submitting your order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt with the details via email. Please keep in mind that – apart from your right of withdrawal – it is not possible to cancel or change your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation or dispatch.


The exact point in time for the conclusion of the contract depends on the payment method:

Invoice & Credit Card

In case of an invoice or credit card order, we accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering your order within one week.


During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After placing the order in our online store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

SOFORT Überweisung

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service SOFORT Überweisung, where you confirm the payment instructions to SOFORT Überweisung.


Together with the order confirmation or in a separate email, but at the latest upon delivery of the order, we will provide you with the contract terms consisting of the order confirmation and the General Terms and Conditions in either German or English.



We provide size charts that show the appropriate size based on your measurements to help you find the right size for your items. We will tell you on the detail page of the item if we have more information about the size of the item.


At as well as in our store you will receive detailed information about the materials of each item. At quality & sustainability is of utmost importance for us.


On our website, under MATERIALS of each item, as well as the labels of our products, you will find information on how to take care for your items. Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions according to the labels. In addition, for all our products we recommend care products from KAELL.

All prices stated on our website are inclusive applicable statutory VAT. Deliveries are available to the delivery address provided by you. Shipping costs will be indicated during the order process and are born by the customer. The prices including VAT and applicable shipping costs will also be displayed before the final submission of the order.


We currently offer the following payment methods:

a) Cash payment upon collection

If you collect the ordered goods in our store, you can pay for the goods directly in cash or any other payment method available in our store.

b) Credit card: VISA, Master, American Express, Maestro (debit card)

If you choose credit card payment, you will send us your credit card details when placing an order. After your legitimation as cardholder, we will request the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the shipment of the order. The payment is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.

c) PayPal

If you choose the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service PayPal. You must be registered or register first at PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instructions to pay the invoice. After submission of the order, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. PayPal will automatically carry out the payment. You will receive further instructions during the order process.

d) PayOne

If you choose the payment method PayOne, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayOne during the order process. The further steps are determined by the payment methods specified during the order process in detail. Further information and PayOne’s terms of use for Germany can be found here. Your personal data will be handled by PayOne in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations as further specified in PayOne’s data privacy policy for Germany.

e) Sofort Überweisung

If you choose the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service SOFORT Überweisung during the order process. You must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure which is activated for the use of SOFORT Überweisung, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us to pay the invoice. You will receive further instructions during the order process. The payment will be carried out automatically by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.


We will invoice the order after shipment. If you have paid via PayPal, PayPal Express or Gift Card, your payment will be automatically processed during the order process. It is a legal requirement to perform a two-factor authentication for online transactions to verify your identity. Please contact your financial service provider directly for a pre-verification option. In case of immediate verification, the debit amount will be displayed directly or after verification of your identity.


If you want to place an order as a business customer, simply click on the „Company“ option in your customer account and enter the tax information requested.


The goods remain our property until full payment of the invoiced amount. The customer has the obligation to take care of the delivered goods for the duration of our retention of title. If the customer does not fulfil his contractual obligations, especially in case of default of payment, we are entitled to demand a return of the delivered goods; in this case, the customer is obliged to hand over the items.


There are two options: (i) the e-card, a virtual card that sent by email or that can be deposited in the account and (ii) the gift card that is a physical card sent by post carrier. Both can be used in our store and at

Useful information about the gift card:

The gift card is only valid in the country/region where it was purchased.

It is a document that can be used by the holder (Inhaberdokument). Therefore, we cannot replace the card in case of theft, loss or damage. Vouchers are only transferable, until they are registered to a user account.

The validity period varies by country/region. You will receive more information when you select a gift card. You can view the balance of the voucher in your user account at, My Account > My Voucher. Vouchers are not exchangeable and cannot be used to pay for other vouchers.

a) Payment with gift card

Before using the gift card, we would like to highlight the following:

Both physical gift cards purchased in our store and e-cards sent by email are already activated.

Please log in to your customer account or register and enter the unique voucher code in the shopping card. This assigns the voucher to an account and it cannot be used elsewhere. If you want to use your e-gift card to pay in our store, please print it out or show it on your mobile device. If your purchase exceeds the voucher balance, you can combine the voucher with any other payment method available for your purchase. In individual cases, only a payment by credit or debit card is possible.

b) Return with gift card

If you want to return items that you have paid with a gift card, it will be credited to your customer account. The amount can be viewed in your customer account at under My Account > My Vouchers. You can use this credit for future orders. Discount / promotion vouchers expire after the return of an order.


Shipping options may vary depending on address, time of order and availability of the items.

We will show the available shipping options, the shipping costs and the estimated delivery time during the order process.


FREE OF CHARGE: Collect your order at our store after 2-3 working days free of charge.

Please note that the person collecting the order must present full proof of the order, regardless of whether the order is collected by the buyer or another person. Should you authorise another person to collect the order, we require a written power of attorney as well as a copy of the buyer’s ID and of the ID of the authorised person.


a) Available shipping options:

Standard Shipping: EUR 5.95 / FREE for orders over EUR 300.

The estimated delivery time varies between 2-3 working days depending on the delivery address.

Express delivery within Germany: EUR 15.95.

The estimated delivery time varies between 1-2 working days. Please note that express deliveries are only available on working days (Mo-Fr).

b) No delivery to packing stations

A delivery to packing stations or PO Boxes is currently not available.

c) Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. In case of partial deliveries, shipping costs will only incur for the first partial delivery. If partial deliveries are made at your request, we may charge shipping costs for each partial delivery.


We will inform you by email about the order status. You can also access the order status at under “My Account”.

Restrictions: tries to make deliveries possible to any German location. Potential restrictions at your delivery address will be displayed during the order process or we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a prompt delivery to a valid address or inform you about alternatives.


If you receive a package with obvious transport damages, please complain about such damages to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your legal claims, in particular your warranty rights. However, by doing so, you help us that we can assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.


If, however, delivered products do not meet the agreed quality or are defect, you can claim all statutory warranty rights.


If you want to return an item purchased on, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your order free of charge. Please note that we must have received the item within this period. The items must be in perfect condition and all labels must be present.


Your order contains a pre-printed return label.

You can return your order at our store. Simply present the items you wish to return and proof your purchase. This can be presented either electronically or printed.

You may also authorise another person to return the items in our store.

How to find your proof of purchase:

In your account, log in with your user name and password. You can download the proof of purchase from the order details.

a) What do I have to do if I want to return my order?

If you want to return your order, you can easily send it back to us. Simply stick the return label on the outside of your parcel so that it is clearly visible and hand it in at a UPS shop.

b) How long can I return my order?

A return of one or more items is possible within 30 days from receipt of the goods. In order to comply with the deadline, the time when you handed the parcel over to the carrier is decisive.

c) Do I have to pay for the return shipment?

Return shipment is free of charge for you within Germany. In case of orders from abroad, the shipping costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

d) Can I replace a size or colour of my item in the store?

If an item is available in a different size or colour, you can change it at our store. If you cannot find anything suitable, we are happy to take back the item and provide you with a voucher. In addition to the returned item, we also require the order or shipping confirmation associated with the item.

If you wish to replace an item online, please make a return and make a new purchase.

e) Which items are excluded from returns?

In general, any product purchased in our online store can be returned within the specified period. Only vouchers or gift cards are excluded. Hygiene articles such as underwear or swimwear should only be tried on over other clothes, returned in the unopened original packaging and have no damage to the hygiene foil. We reserve the right to decide in the individual case if we need to deny a return. Furthermore, a refund is only possible if the items are returned in the original packaging, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all labels and receipts.

f) How long does it take to get the refund in my account?

We currently need approximately 7 days to check the item and credit the amount from the day we receive the returned goods, which you can see in the tracking details.

Occasionally, a credit may be delayed due to special events. Please note that delays of up to one week may also occur due to payment processes of your bank or credit institutes for which we are not responsible.

g) Special conditions

In general, all our items are provided with a label and a seal. These must be presented for a successful return.

For some of our items, the following additional special conditions apply:


Ladies: Change or return is possible as long as the items are in original condition and the bag or protective sticker have not been removed.

Men: Items from the underwear collection cannot be changed or returned.

Sleepwear: Change or return is possible as long as the items are in their original condition. Items shipped with a bag must be returned with this bag.

Accessories: Must be returned in the complete original box or bag.


Refunds are made via the same payment method used for your order.

You will receive an email confirmation on the return once it is completed and we have received the goods.

Please contact our customer service if you have not received the refund in your account after 14 days.


If and insofar as you order goods in our online store as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Code Civil (BGB), you have a statutory right of withdrawal. We would like to inform you about this right of withdrawal in accordance with the following statutory information:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( GmbH,  Im Teelbruch 122, 45219  Essen, phone: 0201-84323722, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to sent your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of the contract with the customer, including these General Terms and Conditions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should the agreements contain a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
