How do I redeem a discount code?

  • Enter your code in the "Enter voucher code" field in your shopping cart.
  • Make sure you use the correct spelling – typos will invalidate the code.
  • Validity: Many codes are only valid for a specific period of time.
  • One-time use only: Most codes only work once per customer.
  • Exceptions: Categories such as "Sale" or "Last Pieces" are usually excluded.

Do I need to create an account?

  • You can simply register to take advantage of all the benefits.
  • Required fields in the registration form are marked with *.
  • As a registered customer you can:
  • View your orders at any time
  • Save products to your wish list
  • View gift card balance and return status

How does the shopping cart work?

  • In the shopping cart you can see all items and change or delete their quantity.
  • Items in the shopping cart are not reserved – due to high demand, it may happen that an item is sold out before you complete the purchase.

What is a memo?

  • Save your favorite products with one click on the heart symbol.
  • You can create multiple lists, remove products, or share your list via a link.
  • Wishlists are only available to registered users.
  • Items on your wishlist are not reserved.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

  • Subscribe to our newsletter via our website and be the first to know about trends, promotions and new products.
  • You can find more information in the "Information" section.

How do I find out if an item is available?

  • Our size charts will help you find the right size.
  • You can find information about the fit on the respective product page.
  • If an item is sold out, this will be displayed directly.

Where can I find information about materials and care?

  • On each product page, under the heading "Material" you will find details about the composition.
  • You will also find care instructions on the label.
  • For proper care, we recommend our Kaëll products.

What types of gift cards are there?

  • E-card: Virtual card via email or in the customer account.
  • Physical card: Will be sent via parcel service.
  • Both can be redeemed in the store and online shop.

Information about the gift card:

  • Valid only in the country where it was purchased.
  • No refunds for loss or theft.
  • Gift cards are non-transferable.
  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Balance display: My account > My vouchers

How do I pay with a gift card?

  • Log in or register.
  • Enter the code in the shopping cart → the voucher will be assigned to your account.
  • For in-store purchases: Show printout or smartphone.
  • Remaining balances can be combined with other payment methods.

How does a return process work?

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with the tag attached.
  • Return options:
  • Store (also by an authorized person)
  • Shipping with enclosed return label (UPS)

 

Can I exchange an item?

  • In-store: Exchange for a different size or color is possible (subject to availability).
  • Alternatively: Gift voucher.
  • Online: Return + new purchase.
  • Exclusions: Underwear (partially), opened hygiene products, gift vouchers.

 

How do I get my money back?

  • Refunds will be issued via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
  • Refund after receipt and inspection of the goods – takes approximately 7 days.
  • Delays due to banks or special circumstances are possible.
  • You will receive an email once the return is complete.

What shipping methods are available?

Germany:

  • Standard shipping: €5.95 / free shipping on orders over €300
  • Express shipping: €15.95
  • In-store pickup (free, 1-3 working days)

Europe:

  • Standard shipping: €10.95 / free shipping on orders over €300

International:

  • Shipping via UPS (customs and tax costs may apply, visible at checkout)
  • No deliveries to parcel lockers or post office boxes

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice via email.

  • Invoice for businesses: Please select "Business" when ordering and provide tax details.
