Founder
Kristina Jürgensen has created loui.rocks, a place that reimagines retail: as an experience, a community, and a movement. She sees fashion radically differently – luxurious, curated, and approachable .
The idea behind loui.rocks
After studying medicine and gaining 16 years of industry experience, she followed her vision: to unite luxury and diversity and bring together people who love fashion. The store opened in Essen in August 2021, followed by the successful online shop in 2022. Today, loui.rocks inspires customers both in-store and online, with a strong community and a team of over 15 employees.
Around the world with high impact
Kristina travels internationally to fashion events in Paris, Milan, and the USA, bringing trends and inspiration directly to the Ruhr region. The store is a stage, a living room, and a concept space all in one – sometimes a shop, sometimes a club, sometimes a pop-up. Always special, always different.
As a mother of four, Kristina combines family, fashion, and leadership. She draws strength from her family, embodies female power, and simultaneously builds a company that is constantly growing while remaining personal.

Behind the scenes is a young team full of ideas, creativity, and a great love for detail. A motley crew that is more of a small family than a classic team, where everyone has the opportunity to try things out, gain experience, and grow together.
With a lot of joy, enthusiasm, and perhaps a slight tendency toward perfectionism, we bring ideas to life that show who we are. Whether it's a website, content, design, or everything in between: we translate the feeling of loui.rocks and LOUES into the digital world and continue to develop it.
In doing so, we are often the gear running in the background – creative, curious, and always with the ambition to turn a good idea into something truly special.

Vivi is not only the expert when it comes to our products and website, but also the heart of many of our looks. With her keen eye for detail, she ensures that everything is perfectly placed – on the website as well as in front of the camera. She also works in purchasing and has a fine sense for trends and statement pieces. Fun Fact: She has worn every collection herself at least once. -

Head of Design & Photographer
Marie is our creative all-rounder behind the camera and at the design desk. With her open personality, structured approach, and genuine passion, she conjures the perfect image from every moment. Whether it's photoshoots or graphic design, Marie brings not only creativity but also a meticulous attention to detail. Her warm nature makes her a true team player who brings our projects to life with enthusiasm.

With her open and warm personality, Marlene enriches our online team. Her focus is on online and performance marketing, particularly with our Meta Ads – from campaign creation and targeting to performance optimization and analysis. In addition, she supports product maintenance in the online shop and wherever help is needed. With her flair for fashion and her reliable nature, she is a great support to our team. -

Camilo is supporting us as an intern for six months, during which time he is getting to know the various areas of loui.rocks. He is particularly interested in online marketing, content creation, styling, and photoshoots. He is also involved in the store, which gives him a versatile insight into our operations. With his friendly, calm, and curious nature, he is a wonderful addition to our team. -
