Shipping within Germany

Standard shipping (DHL/UPS): €5.95 | Free shipping on orders over €300 | Delivery time: 1–3 business days. Express shipping (Germany): €15.95 | Delivery time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). In-store pickup: free (ready in 1–3 business days, pickup with receipt/authorization).

Shipping to the EU & international

EU (UPS Standard): €10.95 | Free shipping on orders over €300. Switzerland: €10.95 plus any applicable customs duties/taxes (to be paid by the recipient). USA: €19.95 plus any applicable customs duties/taxes. Rest of the world: €19.95 plus any applicable customs duties/taxes. No deliveries to parcel lockers/PO boxes. Partial deliveries are permitted; additional costs will only be incurred at the customer's request.

Payment methods

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, SOFORT/Klarna, possibly Apple Pay/Google Pay/Shopify Payments. Payment is usually processed upon shipment; with PayPal/Klarna, it may be processed immediately after ordering.

Debit Time & SCA

Payments may be subject to two-factor authentication (SCA). With instant authorization, the amount is displayed directly; otherwise, it is released after identity verification.
