How can I return my order?
Items can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Items cannot be refunded if the original tag is missing!
In our returns portal you can easily print the shipping label and send the package back to us.

Loui.rocks carefully reviews every claim for undelivered or incomplete orders. In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, we may refuse the return and temporarily suspend the account.
Are there any items that are excluded from exchange?
In principle, all online orders can be returned within the specified time – except for gift vouchers and cards.
Hygiene items such as underwear or swimwear may only be tried on over other clothing, returned in unopened original packaging, and with the hygiene seal intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns in individual cases.
Refunds will only be issued for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags and receipts.
Please note: Items from the men's underwear collection and discounted items are excluded from exchange.
How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?
Once your return has arrived with us according to the tracking information, we need approximately 7 days for processing and crediting. In individual cases, the refund may be slightly delayed – also due to bank processing times of up to one week .
The refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method . You will receive an email confirmation once the return is complete.

You don't have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. We'll cover them for you.
