Cancellation policy

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB) and you are shopping in our online shop, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Cancellation period

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (excluding the delivery service) has received the goods.

How does the cancellation process work?

You can use our sample cancellation form for this – but it's not mandatory. The important thing is that you send the notification within the deadline.

Consequences of the revocation

We will refund all payments – including standard delivery costs – within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Additional delivery costs (e.g., for express delivery) are non-refundable. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Return of goods

Please return the goods to us within 14 days of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the package in time. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to improper handling.
