SHIPPING & PAYMENT
I. PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are currently available:
a) Cash payment: on collection. When you pick up the ordered goods, you can pay for the goods there directly in cash or in the payment methods available in our shop.
b) Credit card: VISA, Master, American Express, Maestro (debit card) If you choose the credit card payment method, you will send us your credit card details at the same time as placing your order. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after dispatch of the goods. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
c) PayPal: If you use the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal during the ordering process. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in our online store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
e) SOFORT bank transfer If you use the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung after placing your order. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.
1. TIME OF DEBIT:
The purchase will be charged as soon as your order has been shipped. If you paid with PayPal, Paypal Express or Gift Card, the payment will be made immediately after the purchase. It is a legal requirement to perform two-factor authentication for online transactions to verify identity. Please contact your financial institution directly for the pre-authorisation release option. In case of immediate authorisation, the debit amount will be displayed to you directly, otherwise it will be released for payment after verification of identity. Payment will only be debited from your card at the time of dispatch.Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation with details by email.
Shipping options may vary depending on address, time of order and item availability. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping options available, the cost and the estimated delivery time of your order.
1. PICK UP AT LOUI.ROCKS STORE:
FREE to collect from our store after 1-3 business days. Please note that the person who is there to collect the order must present all proofs of purchase for collection, whether they are the purchaser or someone else. Should you authorise another person to collect the order, we will require a written power of attorney and a copy of the buyer's identification document, as well as an identification document of the person collecting the order.
2. HOME DELIVERY:
We deliver all shipments via UPS.
Available shipping options:
a) -Standard shipping within Germany:
5,95 EUR / FREE for orders over 300€. Estimated delivery time varies between 1-3 business days depending on the delivery address.
-Express delivery within Germany:
15,95 EUR. The estimated delivery time varies between 1-2 business days. Please note that express deliveries can only be delivered on business days (Mon-Fri).
-Standard shipping within Europe:
10,95 EUR / FREE for orders over 300€.
- Shipping costs abroad :
may vary depending on the country of delivery and will be declared in the invoice.
b) No delivery to Packstations:
We are currently unable to deliver parcels to packing stations or post office boxes.
c) Partial deliveries:
We are entitled to make partial deliveries as far as this is reasonable for you. If we fulfil your order by partial deliveries, you will only incur shipping costs for the first partial delivery. If the partial deliveries are made at your request, we will charge shipping costs for each partial delivery.
3. DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Once we have processed your order and the shipment has left us, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online. Alternatively, you can track the delivery of your order via your customer account under "My orders".
In a few exceptions, we are unable to deliver to certain areas, so in this case we recommend that you select a different delivery destination or contact our customer service team to find an alternative.
Delivery processing time:
Before we dispatch your order, we may need to verify your personal details with your card issuer. We will endeavour to avoid any delays.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of customs delays.
