I. METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following payment methods are currently available:
a) Cash payment upon collection
. When you pick up the ordered goods, you can pay for the goods there directly in cash or in the payment methods available in our store.
b) Credit card: VISA, Master, American Express, Maestro (debit card)
. If you choose the payment method credit card, you transmit your credit card details to us at the same time as submitting the order. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the goods are shipped. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.
. If you use the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal during the ordering process. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in our online store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
e) SOFORT Bank Transfer
. If you use the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung after submitting the order. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.
1. TIME OF BILLING:
. The purchase will be charged once your order has been shipped. If you paid by PayPal, Paypal Express or Gift Card, payment will be made immediately after purchase. It is required by law to perform two-factor authentication for online transactions to verify identity. Please contact your financial institution directly for the release option for pre-authorization. In case of immediate authorization, the debit amount will be displayed to you directly, otherwise it will be released for payment after identity verification.
Payment will be charged to your card only at the time of shipment.After your order is completed, we will send you a confirmation with details by email.
Depending on your address, time of order and item availability, shipping options may vary.
At the time your purchase is processed, we will show you the shipping options available, the cost, and the estimated delivery time of your order.
1. COLLECTION AT LOUI.ROCKS STORE:
. FREE to pick up at our store after 1-3 working days.
Please note that the person who is there to pick up the order must present all purchase receipts for pickup, regardless of whether they are the buyer or someone else. If you authorize another person to pick up the order, we will require a written authorization and a copy of the buyer's identification document, as well as an identification document of the person picking up the order.
2. DELIVERY TO HOME:
We deliver all shipments with DHL (within Germany) and UPS.
a) Available shipping options:
Standard shipping with UPS and DHL within Germany:
5,95 EUR / FREE for orders over 300€.
The estimated delivery time varies between 1-3 working days depending on the delivery address.
Express delivery within Germany:
15.95 EUR. The estimated delivery time varies between 1-2 working days.
Please note that express deliveries can only be delivered on working days (Mon-Fri).
Standard shipping with UPS throughout the EU: 10,95 EUR / FREE for orders over 300€.
b) No delivery to Packstations
. We are generally unable to facilitate packages to Packstations or PO Boxes at this time.
c) Partial deliveries
. We are entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. If we fulfill your order by partial deliveries, you will only incur shipping costs for the first partial delivery. If the partial deliveries are made at your request, we charge for each partial delivery shipping costs.
3. DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Once we have processed your order and the shipment has left us, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order online. Alternatively, you can also track the delivery of your order via your customer account under "My Orders".
Delivery Restrictions:In a few exceptions, we are unable to deliver to certain areas, so in this case we recommend that you select a different delivery destination or contact our customer service team to find an alternative. Delivery Processing Time:Before we ship your order, we may need to verify your personal information with your card issuer. We will make every effort to avoid any delays.
