The data will be processed and stored in particular as long as it is necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose. Insofar as data is required for the provision of the website, the necessity ceases to apply when the respective session is ended. Your data will then be deleted automatically. In the case of storage of data in log files, this is usually the case after fourteen days at the latest. If the aforementioned data continues to be stored, however, your IP address will be deleted or alienated in this case, so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling Internet connection. We may then not be able to conclude contracts with you via the online store, deliver your ordered goods to you, adopt your data in the event of a subsequent purchase, or send you customized offers or inform you of suitable offers and promotions. We store the information about your user account until you either no longer wish to place orders or maintain your user account with us, or until you delete your customer account. A change or update of data is possible at any time via the settings in the customer account.
.V. PAYPAL
If you pay for your orders in the online store via PayPal, your data will also be forwarded to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), which operates the payment service. In the process, data may either be sent from us to PayPal to carry out the payment process or from PayPal to us if you use the "Direct to PayPal" function to place orders with us even without a customer account. VI.NEWSLETTER
After subscribing to the newsletter, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription (so-called double opt-in). This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with foreign e-mail addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time and your used IP address. If you have registered a customer account at the same time, we can also use your data to adapt the contents of the newsletter to your interests so that we can send you interesting content that is suitable for you.
.The legal basis for the processing within the scope of the newsletter is your voluntary consent, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can freely revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future and unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we set a link to unsubscribe in each newsletter. In addition, you can declare the revocation at any time via the aforementioned contact information. In addition, insofar as the processing of the data is necessary to deliver the ordered newsletter or to fulfill our legal obligations, the processing is also based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b), c), f) DSGVO.
.For the dispatch and administration of our newsletter, we use the services of CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede ("CleverReach") as a processor. This is a service with which the dispatch of our newsletter can be organized and analyzed. The data you provide for the purpose of sending the newsletter is stored on CleverReach's servers in the EU (currently Germany and Ireland). Through the functions in the newsletter, we can, among other things, analyze how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. The data processing is based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO.
If you do not agree with the processing by CleverReach, you can revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. For more information on data processing by CleverReach newsletters, please visit: https://www.cleverreach.com/de/funktionen/reporting-und-tracking/.
Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose. This is particularly the case if you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If the data is required to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, however, early deletion can only take place if there are no contractual or legal obligations to the contrary. We would like to point out that in some cases we have to store data even after the termination of the contract (e.g. due to retention obligations under tax and commercial law). Which storage periods apply here will be determined individually for the respective contracts and contracting parties.
VII.CONTACT FORM
On our website, you can also contact us via a contact form. This form provides an easy way for you to contact us with your questions and suggestions. The data you provide in the contact form will then be processed by our staff in order to handle your request. Data will only be passed on to other recipients if it is necessary to answer your inquiry.
.In this context, we process the data that you voluntarily provide to us as part of the form. This mainly includes your contact information as well as your questions and suggestions, i.e. the actual content of your message. The data is used by us for the initiation and execution of a contractual relationship (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO). By processing the data, we also pursue the legitimate interest of processing your inquiries efficiently and as conveniently as possible for you. In addition, we are obliged to store data due to commercial and tax regulations (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c) DSGVO).
.A transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of your request. We delete the data as soon as we are no longer obliged to store it due to commercial and tax law regulations.
The use of the contact form is voluntary. You are also welcome to contact us in the other ways mentioned in this privacy policy.
.VIII COOKIES
.This website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser. Numerous Internet sites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters by which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited Internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.
When cookies are used, it must be differentiated whether they are technical cookies, which are necessary for the functions of our website, or analytical cookies, with the help of which we get to know user behavior and user wishes better, so that we can always respond to your wishes in order to provide you with a user-friendly, secure and smoothly functioning website in the future.
We only use analytical cookies if you have voluntarily given your consent beforehand, in particular by confirming it in the cookie consent banner. Giving this consent is done voluntarily and is not necessary to access our website. If you have given consent, the processing by and in connection with cookies is based on this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO). You can freely revoke your consent at any time using the contact details provided in this privacy policy. The use of technical cookies serves our legitimate interest in ensuring the functionality and security of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO).
.There is no transfer of personal data from the cookies to third parties, unless we indicate otherwise in this privacy policy. You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time using an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common Internet browsers. If you deactivate the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, however, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.
.A transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended (with the exception of cookies from Google Analytics or as far as we inform about it separately in this privacy policy). Specifically, we use the following cookies for the purposes stated in each case with the expiration dates stated in each case:
- Cookie designation Purpose Expiration date .
- IDE Google tracking cookie 1 year
- moove_gdpr_popup If enabled, this cookie will be used to store their cookie settings on our website. 1 year
- _dc_gtm_UA-166815734-1 Certain data is sent to Google Analytics no more than once per minute. The cookie has a lifetime of one minute. As long as it is set, certain data transfers will be blocked. 1 minute

- _gid Analytics cookie which tracks JS library usage on pages where the library is embedded.24 hours .
- A "session" ends when you close your internet browser.
IX. GOOGLE COMPONENTS
.We use components and services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") on this website. With the transmission of data to Google, this may result in processing of the data by Google in the USA. In order to ensure an appropriate level of data protection for data processing by Google, we ensure an appropriate level of data protection through corresponding appropriate contractual agreements with Google. For more information and a copy on the safeguards used, please see Google's privacy policy linked below.
.1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
.
We have integrated the Google Analytics component on this website (with anonymization function). Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection, compilation and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. The web analysis service collects personal data about the behavior of the user of the website, for example, from which website a data subject came to a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed.
We use the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp" for web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, the IP address of your Internet connection is shortened and anonymized by Google if access to our Internet pages is made from within the European Economic Area. Based on your consent, we also use the function for analyzing demographic characteristics and interests, with which the users are broken down into age categories, genders, affinity categories, by willingness to buy as well as by acquisitions, behavior and conversions. We cannot attribute this data to individual users, but only receive an aggregated report from Google.
The use of the Google Analytics component is based on your voluntary consent, with the help of which we can analyze the flow of visitors to our website (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO). Google uses the data and information obtained on our behalf, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, (i) to evaluate the use of the website, (ii) to compile reports for us on the activities on our websites and (iii) to provide other services related to the use of our website. These services are intended to help us improve our offerings.
.Google Analytics sets a cookie on your computer. What cookies are, we have already explained in detail above. With the setting of the cookie, an analysis of the use of our website is made possible. Each time you call up one of the individual pages of this website, the Internet browser on your computer is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical procedure, Google receives knowledge of personal data on our behalf, such as your IP address, which is used, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks.
.By means of the cookie, personal information, for example, the access time, the place from which an access originated, and the frequency of your visits to our website are stored. Each time you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection you are using, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may share this personal data collected via the technical process with third parties.
.Google processes your data on our behalf on the basis of a contract for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO. Under this agreement, Google is entitled to engage subcontractors. A list of these subcontractors can be found at https://privacy.google.com/businesses/subprocessors/.
.The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, explained above, at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on your computer. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
.Furthermore, you have the option to object to the collection of data generated by Google Analytics and related to the use of this website, as well as the processing of this data by Google, and to prevent such a collection. To do this, you can download and install a browser add-on under the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on tells Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about visits to Internet pages may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered by Google as an objection. However, if your computer is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, you will have to reinstall the browser add-on in order to deactivate Google Analytics. Provided that the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by you, there is the option of reinstalling or reactivating the browser add-on.
.If you disable the use of Google Analytics as described, this will not affect the usability of our website. Google Analytics is explained in more detail under the link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/. We do not retain any personal data within the scope of Google Analytics, as the data reported to us is immediately anonymized at Google in any case. A transfer of personal data from us to other recipients does not take place.
.2. GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
.
This website uses Google Tag Manager from Google to manage our website tags via an interface. No cookies are used in this process and, in principle, no personal data is collected. However, the Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. Only in part can Google collect information about how the services are used and which tags are implemented in which way in order to improve and maintain the services and to protect the services. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in place for all tracking tags, insofar as they are implemented using Google Tag Manager.
.If and insofar as personal data is processed via Google Tag Manager, this processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in the setting and efficient management of website tags (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a), f) of the DSGVO). You can obtain the usage guidelines and further information about the Google Tag Manager at http://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
3. GOOGLE MAPS
.
The plug-in of Google Maps is integrated into this website. The operating company of Google Maps is Google. Each time you call up the individual pages on which the Google Maps plug-in is integrated, the Internet browser on your computer is automatically caused to transmit data to Google for the purpose of providing the Google Maps plug-in. As part of this technical procedure, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as your IP address, which is used, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks. Specifically, the IP address, device identification, browser characteristics, operating system details, language settings, referring URLs and geolocation data are transmitted to Google.
The use of the Google Maps component is based on your consent as well as our legitimate interest in being able to provide you with an interactive map graphic with navigation function (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a), f) DSGVO).
You can prevent page elements such as Google Maps from being loaded automatically by using suitable browser settings or plugins. If you use such settings or plugins, the map display of Google Maps will not be displayed at all, or only after your explicit approval, depending on your settings; only then will the above-mentioned data transfer to Google take place.
4. GOOGLE FONTS
.
External fonts from Google Fonts are used on this website. Google Fonts is a service of Google. The integration of these fonts is done by a server call, usually a server of Google in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. Also, the IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor of these Internet pages is stored by Google.
The purpose of Google Fonts is the legitimate interest in the presentation of our website in the selected layout (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO). You can also prevent the establishment of an automatic connection at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used; our site is then nevertheless usable - albeit without the Google fonts. We do not retain any personal data within the scope of Google Fonts. A transmission of personal data to other recipients does not take place.
.5. GOOGLE reCAPTCHA
.
On our website, we also use the security features of Google reCaptcha. This is a service of Google, with which it can be distinguished whether an input is made by a natural person or abusively by a machine / automated input (esp. by so-called bots).
With the service, your IP address and possibly other information required for verification and automatically requested by Google are transmitted to Google. This may also result in the transmission of data to the USA. The use of Google reCaptcha is based on our legitimate interests in the detection and prevention of spam and cyber attacks, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
.6. YOU TUBE
.
We have integrated components of YouTube on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and TV shows, but also music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal. The purpose of the integration is our legitimate interest in being able to present videos to you on our website (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO). If cookies are set or data is transmitted to YouTube during use, this is done on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO).
The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (here: "YouTube"). YouTube is a subsidiary of Google. If and to the extent that data is processed in the USA with the use of YouTube services, we ensure an appropriate level of data protection through corresponding appropriate contractual agreements with Google.
Each time you call up an individual page on which a YouTube component (YouTube player) has been integrated, the Internet browser on your computer is automatically caused to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google receive knowledge of which IP address you are using and which video you have played (if you have played one).
.If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which IP address you are using and which video you have played (if you have played one) when you call up a sub-page that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to your respective YouTube account. YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that you have visited our website if you are logged into YouTube at the same time as calling up our website; this takes place regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent this transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before accessing our website.
.The privacy policy published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google. We do not retain any personal data within the scope of YouTube. A transfer of personal data to other recipients does not take place within the framework of YouTube.
.7. DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF GOOGLE
.
Further information and the applicable privacy policy of Google can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html.
X. HOSTING AND CONTENT DELIVERY
.1. HOSTING PROVIDER
.
Our Internet site is hosted on the servers of Profihost AG, Expo Plaza 1, 30539 Hannover, Germany ("Profihost"). With the use of our Internet site is therefore already technically necessary a transmission of data to Profihost. However, Profihost acts on our behalf as an order processor. Only servers located within the European Union or the European Economic Area are used for our website and the associated data processing. The use of Profihost as a processor is thereby based on our legitimate interest in the use of a hosting provider, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
2. CLOUDFLARE
.
In order to provide our website quickly and securely, we use the services of Cloudfare Inc, 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, ("Cloudfare"). Cloudfare is a so-called Content Delivery Network (CDN), with the help of which the provision of our website is accelerated and simultaneously secured. In doing so, our Internet site is not only delivered via our hosting provider, but via a large number of the Cloudfare servers in order to optimize the data flows, since it is not possible to access our hosting provider every time, but the next (and available) Cloudfare server.
When using Cloudfare, data is also processed by Cloudfare to protect our website and Cloudfare's servers from unauthorized access and cyber-attacks. In particular, the IP address, contact and log data, digital fingerprints and performance and log data are processed. The data is thereby also processed by Cloudfare in the USA and usually stored for less than 24 hours. Beyond that, the data is only lifted if Cloudfare has detected possible misuse.
To provide these services, Cloudfare also sets a cookie itself (name: "__cfduid") to identify individual users behind a shared IP address and to be able to assign security queries to individual users. The cookie is stored for a period of one year.
The use of Cloudfare is thereby based on the consent of the users as well as on the basis of our legitimate interests in the use of a CDN to optimize our website, to improve the user experience as well as to protect us from abuse and cyber attacks, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a), f) DSGVO. For more information on exactly what data is stored, please see Cloudfare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudfare.com/application/privacypolicy/..
XI.SOCIAL-MEDIA-PLUGINS
.On some pages of our website, we include buttons of the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Vimeo), with which you can recommend our offers to your friends and acquaintances. So that you have control over whether the functions of the social media platforms are used and whether data is therefore also transmitted to the social media platforms, the buttons are inactive by default and must first be consciously activated by a click in order to use them (two-click solution).
.To the extent that data is transmitted to a platform provider based in the USA when using the social media plug-ins, the data may be processed in the USA. In this case, we protect the data by requiring suitable guarantees from the providers. For more information about the guarantees used in each case, please refer to the privacy statements of the respective social media platform listed below.
.By activating the social media plugin, you give your consent that, among other things, the following data is transmitted to the social media platforms: IP address, browser information, operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plug-ins such as Adobe Flash Player, previous web page if you followed a link (referrer), the URL of the current web page, etc.
By activating the social media plug-in, you give your consent for the following data to be transmitted to the social media platforms, among others.
The next time you visit the website, the social media plug-ins will be provided again in the default inactive mode, so that when you visit the website again, it is ensured that no data is transmitted. If you are not a member of a social media platform, there is still the possibility that the social media platforms receive and store your IP address and information about the browser and operating system you use after activating the social plugins. The scope and purpose of the data collection as well as the processing and use of the data by the social networks and information about rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the privacy notices of the respective social media platform.
.Further information on social media plugins can be found here: https://www.sicherdigital.de/sicher-surfen#aufpassen-beim-like-button and here: http://heise.de/-2467514.
1. FACEBOOK
.
The social media platform Facebook and its plugins are operated by Facebook Inc, located at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA, ("Facebook"). When you activate the Facebook plugin, a connection is established to Facebook's servers, thereby transmitting to them which page it is. If you have an account with Facebook and are logged in there, Facebook could assign this page view directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your account before visiting this website.
We would like to point out that we, as the operator of this website, do not have any further knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the social media platform. The decision as to whether you wish to activate and use the plugin is therefore solely yours. If you have any questions, please therefore contact the operator of the social media platform directly. More information on the collection and use of your data by Facebook is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
.In addition, if you have given your consent to their use, we also use Facebook Custom Audience and the Facebook Pixel to optimize our advertising offering. For more information about these Facebook services, please visit the link https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. If you use a Facebook user account, this is recognizable to the Facebook pixel on our websites by the Facebook cookie set, via which the collected usage data is transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. You can check this data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook directly at Facebook and / or deactivate.
.The Facebook Pixel is a JavaScript code that transmits the following data to Facebook:
- HTTP header information (including IP address, web browser information, page location, document, web page URL and web browser user agent, and day and time of use) .
- Pixel-specific data; this includes the pixel ID and Facebook cookie data, including your Facebook ID (this data is used to link events to a specific Facebook advertising account and associate them with a Facebook user) .
- Additional information about your visit to our websites, as well as standard and custom data events.
- Accomplished orders (purchase completions) .
- Completion of registrations and trial subscriptions .
- Searched products, retrieval of product information .
The aforementioned data processing only concerns users who have an account with Facebook or have accessed a partner page of Facebook (whereby a cookie has been set). The playout of advertising on Facebook (partner) pages using the "Custom Audience" service does not affect users who are not members of Facebook. If an assignment of the Facebook ID contained in the Facebook cookie to a Facebook user can be made, Facebook assigns this user to a target group ("Custom Audience") on the basis of the rules defined by us, provided that the rules are relevant.
